33 - THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION: THE MOST WORTHY AND JUSTIFIED IN HISTORY | *4th of July Special*

We have reached a milestone in America’s beloved past. The 249th and 250th year anniversary of this grand experiment in republicanism, in self-government, but mostly in individual freedom.   But, ironically, as of late, we are facing the gravest challenge we have ever faced. And the danger, tragically, is coming from within.   Now is the time to look beyond the propaganda and embrace the true history of American greatness, a nation where our Founders “offered their lives, their fortunes, their sacred honor” in the cause of liberty.   This was a gathering of men and women unlike any in history. I thank the Lord every day that such men and women were willing to step forward at great personal risk.   And as we celebrate 250 years from these sacred events, I hope and pray that we as a nation will be worthy of, and grateful for, their Divinely inspired sacrifice in our behalf.   I’m Rick Robison and this is the HEROES FOR FREEDOM Podcast.   REFERENCES MENTIONED IN EPISODE: https://time.com/6115140/george-iii-americas-last-king-tyrant/ https://www.wfla.com/news/national/gen-z-has-lowest-patriotic-sentiment-in-us-poll-shows/ https://www.dailysignal.com/2023/01/13/why-only-16-of-gen-z-are-proud-to-be-an-american-and-what-we-should-do-about-it/ https://www.historyonthenet.com/founding-fathers https://newenglandhistoricalsociety.com/how-codfish-started-the-american-revolution/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impressment     **Want more incredible stories like these for your home??** ---> HEROES FOR FREEDOM MANUALS (Volumes 1-3) - Purchase on Amazon!     OTHER EPISODES YOU MAY LIKE: 32 - THE PURE SON OF LIBERTY | Thaddeus Kosciuszko (Military Engineer) | Revolutionary War 29 - ROMANCING THE REVOLUTION | Abigail & John Adams | Revolutionary War 10 - DID THEY JUST SIGN THEIR OWN DEATH SENTENCE?? | The Founding Fathers | Revolutionary War   ADDITIONAL RESOURCES: -Join our newsletter and get a free gift! - Click Here -Contact us at: [email protected] -Find our video episodes on YouTube   American Revolution / Founders / Founding Fathers / King George III / Causes of the Revolution / Individual Freedom / Intolerable Acts / Codfish / British Nepotism / Corruption / Lives, Fortune, Sacred Honor / 249-year anniversary / America / The United States
