Emotional Intelligence is a higher predictor of success than academic intelligence. But I don't think we believe this - especially if we have adopted the notion that expressing emotions is weak. There are four skills that are vital components to work on acquiring. They are: Self-Awareness Self-Management Social Awareness Relationship Management In this episode, I'm offering to you that your most important work should be assessing which skill is difficult for you, and then building on that skill with intention.
