Pour yourself. hot, filled to the brim cup of coffee because this storyteller is one of the best. His name is Gary Gentry and he's written some of the great country music classics. Some of the best singers in history have sung his songs: Ray Charles, Janie Fricke, Johnny Cash, Johnny Paycheck, David Allan Coe, George Jones, John Anderson and many others. Gary Gentry is known as one of the co-writers of "The Ride," one of the best songs ever written about the late Hank Williams. He's also writing a book at the present time.
