331 Reality Hits Because I've Under Estimated What's Required

Today has been one of those wake up call episodes.  I started today with good intentions to move my Information Processing project forward but left it late in the day.  Why?  Well I overestimated my ability to sort things out and completely underestimated the amount of effort needed to get on top of this information challenge. In this episode I share my addiction to the SOS - shiny object syndrome - and share how it manifests in my life.  Then I talk through what I am trying to achieve by taking control of some information that I am paying for.  And best of all, I come up with a 5 step (yet to be proven) process of how to deal with this.
