She brings 20 years of combined experience as an educator and real estate professional. She started in real estate in 2015. Back then, she was a 14-year educator in the public and private sectors then jumped into Real Estate full force & haven't looked back. She will be President of her local board next year, has chaired multiple committees on the state level and is currently in her 4th year as a committee member on the NAR Housing Opportunity Committee. Schneika simply loves this industry. In 2019, she started teaching Real Estate classes and decided to open her own school. She also offers Sales Pre & Post and has had a few CE courses as well.
