333. It Doesn't Matter Where You Start, Just Start

April 25th, 2022 marks five years since I released Powerhouse Woman and it feels incredible to look back on how much this community has grown since then. As I'm approaching this anniversary, I'm noticing a theme that's coming up in the groups that I'm involved in and retreats that I've hosted recently. So many women have this undeniable feeling inside that they're meant for more, but maybe they're pushing up against confusion on where to start, what the right step is, or even feeling paralyzed by the thought of making the wrong choice. I know those thought patterns all too well, and in today's episode, I'm sharing four tips that helped me take that big leap five years ago and just start.
