333. The REAL & Underrated Love Languages

A love language is how one expresses and receives love through actions or words. The term was popularly coined in the book "The 5 Love Languages" by Gary Chapman.   But I want to take that list way deeper.   Because to me, how we express love also includes some even smaller, but vastly underrated actions, inactions (I'll explain) and levels of vulnerability and openness that are necessary for building better relationships.    So in this episode, I'm running down my list of "12 Underrated Love Languages That Go A Long Way" and why we need to pay attention to these small, yet massive things:   Ask genuine questions with curiosity Active listening & slowing down speech "I was thinking of you."
