335. My Biggest Lessons Learned In 5 Years Of Powerhouse Women

from Powerhouse Women · host Lindsey Schwartz

We are officially celebrating five years of Powerhouse Women! I wanted to share a little bit more behind the scenes of the journey and the evolution over the last five years, but most importantly, three of my biggest lessons that are going to relate to all of you, no matter where you are currently at in the pursuit of your big dream.    I touch on what inspired me to write Powerhouse Woman, the spark that made me want to create something bigger than just the book, and some of the pivotal moments from the past five years. I've bumped up against so many upper limits that I had subconsciously set for myself, and I'm here to tell you about what I've learned by breaking through those mindset blocks. It's the honor of my life to get to steward this vision, and I'm so grateful for everyone who I've come into contact with because I took that giant, scary leap five years ago.    In this episode we talk about: How I decided to step beyond what I knew I was capable of  The first ever Powerhouse Women event, and how I've been able to scale it since Confronting my fears of disappointing people  Wrestling with the need for certainty  Why you need a next-level support system  Letting go of the identity that I had created based off of other people's opinions Chasing the freedom to fully be myself and put my heart into something that matters   If you loved today's episode, please share your favorite takeaways or your own systems and processes by screenshotting this episode and tagging us on Instagram!   Click HERE to get your tickets for the Powerhouse Women 2022 event!    Click HERE to check out the Powerhouse Women Behind The Success Stories!    Click HERE to text the word MENTOR to (602) 536-7829 for weekly business + mindset tips delivered straight to your phone!   Not part of the Girl Gang Community yet?
