Office autopsies are always a fan favorite, so we're back with another! The low-down on this practice: 3 doctors, 5-6 hygienists, 4 front office staff, and a bunch of dental assistants; it's a solo office that's contemplating a second location; maxed out on operatories; and awesome associate doctors. So what were the concerns? This office reached out to the Dental A-Team to fix its front desk and develop its leadership team. How did that happen?
