It happened four months ago, but the company just recently admitted to it. They leaked millions of gallons of heavy water, which is water used in a nuclear reactor. And it happened in Tennessee. The company didn't admit to it until four months later, and when questioned, they claimed that it didn't get into the waterways and that they cleaned it all up. However, it's going to end up in the Mississippi River, just like the East Palestine derailment. Unfortunately, people will get sick, and there's not much that can be done about it except for maybe chelation. There was also a vinyl chloride spill, and it's common knowledge that burning a chemical spill is the last thing you should do.
