Alright, alright, alright. Welcome everybody. Welcome in. Feel free to stay high in the chat box there when you get a moment.
I thought, why don't we do a few announcements for the community? I think the first one, most pressing is we have dates for Columbia, correct? Correct. Do you want to give them and make an invitation as to how that works?
Yeah, so October 13th through the 20th, we have our next amazing Columbia retreat coming up. Which is always absolutely staggeringly incredible. So if you've been on the periphery and wanting to find out what that looks like, etc, just message me either on messenger or you can email me at eloninstatoryprime.com and let me know that you're interested to have a chat about it. Just so you guys understand, it's not just the week that you have with us there.
So it's a week of being with guy, I live and in person, which is always fun. And so obviously doing a lot of integration stuff there on top of the, you know, we do four hours at West Coast, but something that we also incorporate is we offer a one month prep time. So we do coaching before we ever make it out there. And then guy and I also do kind of areas, but usually we do like three months of integration sessions post.
Because one of the things that happens quite a bit with this kind of work is people have these ecstatic, amazing experiences and then kind of go back to life. So how do you integrate all that back into life, right? Because you have these profound experiences, but if you're not going to incorporate and integrate that into your day to day living, then it was just a cool experience that you get to share about. So we don't want that for you or for anyone that ever does this work.
So if you're interested and you want to have again a chat with me about it, again, message me on Facebook messenger or email me at eloninstatoryprime.com. And I will be very honest with you and let you know if you can or cannot be a part of this. Maybe it's just not the right time or where you're going through doesn't work. But yeah, let's again, the last thing I want to say is we have 10 spots.
Typically the way it works is the spots go first to people in our level three program, then level two program, and then we open it up to public. So we will open this up to our level three people first. But again, if you have interest just to let us know to put you in the mix. That's always helpful for sure.
Yeah. I've been just thinking about this the other day. I've been drinking ayahuasca now since 2013. So this is my 11th year of sitting in ceremonies.
I've sat in a lot of times ago, but certainly either rounding 100 or right around 100 ceremonies. It has never been the most interesting experiences I've had by far. Some of the most challenging to some of the most ecstatic and wistful experiences. And so for those of you guys who are in this work, really wonderful part is, and we've been working with the same indigenous family in Columbia now since 2016.
So this is, I think my, I want to say my eighth time down there with that, maybe even nine time down there. And those people have become like family to us like we can't even begin to express how rich and honorable it is to go, not just do this work, which is profound, but to do it specifically at this location and on this land and the care and integrity that goes into the ceremonies. Anybody here who's been with us, there's quite a number of you guys would probably echo that that it's was one of the most unbelievable places I've ever been to one of the most incredible experiences I've ever had. And what's really cool is that the work that we do here in terms of awareness and energetic healing work is just a wonderful parallel.
You're doing I wasca. And so, we're experiencing I wasca I should say, and so they always comment on how prepared our people are for coming down there and for doing that work and how vigilant they are about the work because they see people from all over the world and all walks of life and that's something that we hear on the regular basis so you know for those of you guys who are in our L2 and L3, just know that you're going down there about as prepared as a person could for an experience like this, not that anybody could truly be prepared for an experience like that, even after doing it as long as I have for as many times as I have. So it will prepare it every single time because you just really you just don't know, you know, it's an active courage to drink plant medicine every single time and specifically I wasca so it's incredible. Obviously we love like there's so many of you guys it's always funny for you and myself because sometimes a lot of clients I've been with us for two, three, four years.
We know them so intimately but we've actually never met them in person. We have clients as far as Sydney and other places in Australia to the UK and all over Europe and stuff like that so it's not like we can call them up to have a cup of coffee but occasionally travel to San Diego or to Florida and we get to meet them. But a lot of the times Columbia is one of the few places that we get to meet them, you and I haven't actually run our own. I don't know how this has happened for so long but you and I haven't actually run a stage on live events since 2016, personally.
This is the one thing that we have continuously done here and in your hour and it's like our favorite place thing to do in the world and it's as special every time as we go as it was the first time so yeah if you're interested, definitely have a conversation as soon as possible because it's kind of it always feels so fast. Cool. So on that note, we were, I was on a call with coaches today and a lot of stuff came up so we do a bi-month they call with our coaches because training and development is an ongoing process for me. You'll un-include it.
We're always doing something. We're always working with somebody. We're always looking for a flexion or an outside perspective or to work with a teacher who's doing something interesting. And so for us, mostly that kind of stuff happens on a weekly basis at very minimum, just like you guys and just like we recommend to you.
We do our minis regularly. And I want to kind of just get back to a really fundamental piece here which in retrospect seems pretty obvious but I think it's always worth kind of having a conversation about it which is just like, you know, in my experience, I'm going to come back this up a little bit. In my experience, the number one thing we can all be doing if we really, really want to accelerate our work is learning how to accept where we are which for a lot of us when we're suffering is the most difficult thing you can ever ask somebody to do because to be with where you're at truly and wholly like an honorable type of way is truly an active courage in a way, right? Because it goes against every fiber and grain of your being and a lot of you guys come to us, right?
And obviously you want to get out of some kind of situation. You want to get out of some kind of mental loop and some kind of emotional experience and kind of relationship, whatever it is that you come to us to transform. And obviously by the time you've gotten to us, it's not like it just dawned on you yesterday. It's not an experience.
You're like, oh shit, Monday rolled around and Tuesday you start, you finally look for a solution. Like, you know, it's been percolating for a long time. You've been looking for a way out of that for quite some time. And so in that pursuit, I imagine that you've put forth quite a bit of effort and energy into trying to resolve that, right?
And whether it was to use some kind of external help coaching mentorship therapy, whatever it might be, or it would be something like that. Or it was just like your interpersonal work, asking difficult questions or reading a book or whatever it might be. And to that we always say, well, how is that going? You know, if that all that stuff worked, if all that effort efforting worked, you probably would have never made it to our shores.
You probably would never be in our programs. And you probably wouldn't be leveraging the things that we work on here. And many of our clients stick with us for years, right? Like two, three, four years at a time or become coaches in our community.
And we've had some people here now with us for, I think, eight or nine years is probably almost ten years to people. And so, again, like why would they stick around also for as long as they have, because it's not like they don't have the fundamentals of the teachings, right? But what I think we all come to understand eventually is that none of us should be playing this game of life on our own. We certainly should be doing transformation or healing work on our own because it doesn't matter how far into what you are.
There's always something more to uncover. And there's always a place that hypothetically you can get pulled back into your own stories and trapped in a program because that stuff is deeply tied to the fabric and morality through which you were taught and conditioned to see life through. I was working with our community that there's, I don't know, I think something like 33,000 religions and different ways that people grow up to believe about this world. And I was flying to hilarious when somebody comes along and they're like, I got the one.
I'm like, are I still there? 3299 like don't know what they're talking about, like statistically improbable, even at the most logical levels. And so, we were having this beautiful conversation about like what is it that leads to surrender, which is another way to saying to unconditionally love that aspect of yourself. And I'm bringing this forward because I want my offering is that I have not been able to see anybody move beyond what they're in until they have fully accepted where they're at.
Because there really is no amount of effort that you can do to get out of it. Otherwise, it would have worked right. And in order to meet yourself there and learn how to unconditionally love that aspect of yourself and honor it and realize it's never been trying to hurt you. It's just being used as a vehicle to teach you.
But in order to sometimes accept aspects of yourself, it's very easy to conceptually tell somebody you should accept this about yourself and go, I should accept this about myself. But does that that idea change one Iota about your ability to truly accept that aspect of yourself I say no. Because accepting yourself isn't an idea. It's a direct experience that you're either having or not having.
Just like love, you know, falling in love with somebody. You can think about it. So you're blue in the face, but thinking about being in love with somebody has nothing to do with being in love with somebody. Just an idea.
And so being in love with yourself for most people is also an idea. It's not an experience that they had yet because the morality that they were taught through religion or culture or society is to not love that aspect of themselves, to morally judge that aspect of themselves. And in that discernment or that teaching or something concerning in the teaching of that morality, they try to judge themselves and to change, which doesn't work. And so we often need the love of another if they're willing to offer it an unconditional love of another to learn the energy behind loving that aspect of ourselves.
Let me just say again, we often need the love of another being present to learn how to love that aspect of ourselves. For example, right, if you're a parent and a child is doing something, hitting, raging, whatever it is, you can squash them, you know, you can power over them if you want, doesn't work in the long run. You can try to redirect it. Let's play game here, put the screen in front of your face.
And in the short term, oh, good. We, you know, we dodged a bullet there. Like they didn't go into a full tantrum or whatever it is. In the short term, it seems seems like the right thing to do.
But in the long term, the child is learning nothing. What they've learned is that experience that I was having was now validated. This is happening at the level unconscious potentially is like the experience I was having was not valid. It's better that I go have this experience over here.
And so we never learn how to be with that experience. And so unconsciously we learned that that experience is unlovable because it wasn't loved or we didn't have the perception of being loved while that experience was happening. But we were having that experience, if that makes sense, I hope. And so this is often the beginnings of trauma.
This is where trauma roots itself. It's in these subtle acts of not being able to be or somebody not being with us when we were being that way. And so we it's like these lessons that were picking up from religion culture society, right? Or not even like it's not like we're given a book and they're like here the lessons of society.
We literally unconsciously pick them up. There is a reason obese parents generally speaking of obese children. They're picking up the morality right in the culture of unhealthy habits or vice versa, right? And if you're like two strict or whatever it is with diet or exercise or whatever it might be.
It doesn't really matter what side of the pendulum you're on. But bottom line is we can't help ourselves. We pass on that which we believe to the people around us. There's so many different ways.
And so unconsciously again, as children, we pick up all these cues about what we can't be with. And then what we can't be with turns into this identity that identity becomes the ego and the ego acts and creates a certain type of life for us. And then we're stuck in that. And we think it's just the actions that we're taking that are creating it.
And because what we notice is the effort and the actions that are creating that we think, oh, if I just changed the effort, then the result will change. The outcome will change. And it doesn't. And then we're stuck.
It's so frustrating. Right? Like we literally cannot see our way out of it. And because what we miss is the underpinnings, which is that the thing that created that I didn't know.
The thing that created that identity, the ego and the action that came from it was this unconscious belief system about not accepting who we are in the first place. And so for those of you guys who are in our more advanced work or coming into intuitive mind or whatever it might be, hopefully by now you've heard this thing that we use called minis, mini practices. It has become the cornerstone of the most important practice that we teach here. They're wildly simple and easy to implement.
And one of the bet of many, many, many seriously priceless ventures of doing many is that you get somebody there holding and giving you this presence so that this aspect of yourself that you normally judge the morality through shaming, through blaming whatever it is suddenly becomes seen. And there's a little part of you that recognizes, oh, somebody's here is with me, presenting this and it suddenly makes it easy and potentially the first time that you've ever accepted this aspect of yourself in your whole life. And then the magic of that moment is that in the acceptance of that thing is where the thing begins to unravel in the first place. And that is where it lets go or begins to like, oh, and starts rerouting itself in new ways or gives you the opportunity to be at least be in a discovery and curiosity of what else could I be if this part of me was loved wholly and completely and was no longer met with judgment of anything.
And so it's not a long or met with judgment of any kind at all. And truly, to kind of come full circle on this, it is an effortless act that requires no action at all. All it requires is the attunement and presence of another being and our mission, if I could articulate this now and I'm sure you don't agree or have his own language around this our mission today is to create as many attunement being as possible. To help people cultivate inner attunement.
And so what we need is certainly at the starting blocks but really truly for me, it doesn't matter how advanced again this work is you continuously need other attuned human beings to attune to you on a regular basis for all the times that there were misattunements in your life so that you can learn how to effortlessly accept love and conditionally and honor every aspect of yourself. And again, in that honoring is where the transformation that we all want occurs anyways where these things begin to disappear and not like fully disappear they just lose. And so it seems to be the power to clutch you and bring you into a story. An old, very captivating, very seductive story where generally speaking you are the victim and there's a perpetrator out there doing something to you.
And so it seems so counterintuitive because the thing you spend a lifetime doing was applying this morality to yourself so that you can change yourself, which all it did was create more stuckness. And if we can flip the script on that and do the most counterintuitive thing which is actually sit with the discomfort of what we want to avoid in our lives while in the presence of another, this seems to be one of the most healing experiences that anybody can ever have. Or at least that we see people have. And if you create that as a habit, then I just see endless potential for humanity as the foundation of who we become both interpersonal and then have we shared to others as a state of unconditional love.
Then whatever is seen is always honored, whatever is honored always becomes potential and becomes manifest in our reality. So if we want to move beyond where we have been as far as I can tell, learning to surrender, learning to unconditionally love and then kind of full circle back to what we mentioned about Iwasca is the ultimate masterclass in all those things. And you know, second to that or parallel to that is the work that we're doing here. And this is why people stick around for so many years and I need you on and I keep teaching them the same stuff over and over again.
It's that connection. It's that reminder that hey I know you're in that and hey there's there's people here we're here to offer you this unconditional loving awareness so that your awareness can learn to unconditionally love itself as well. One of the things that I was just talking to someone person that just joined us in our program. He was sharing just some things that were happening in his life and I was just very present to life is that the ultimate teacher.
I just think for most of us were not paying attention. We're looking at the back of the glass like half asleep. And so every once in a while life has to throw a pretty drastic thing at us to wake us to wake our asses up. And we were just discussing how like if you don't pay attention to the lesson.
Thank you. If you don't pay attention to that lesson, then the next one gets louder. And the next one gets more violent. And to me it's like everything the guy's talking about.
There's really two options. You're either going to be an active participant in your growth and development transformation. Or you're not. If you're not, life is going to bump you most often violently in violent ways to where it is that it wants you to be to learn those lessons.
And after having done this for over 20 years and coaching tens of thousands of people over the you know, nearly two decades like time and time again what I see is life. It doesn't matter how much work you do is going to keep coming at you like it's not going to stop. You're not, you're not a program away or a book away or a video away from getting off that hamster. Like that's what we all signed up for.
It's always going to come and it comes in the craziest, most unexpected ways. Are you feeling inspired by these podcasts? Is this approach striking the court with you? Imagine taking this journey even further with personal coaching from guy night right from your own home on zoom.

If you are not working on how to be with those ups and downs, how to be with those curve balls or things that come out of left field or whatever it is, if you're not training your nervous system to be able to withstand the things that are happening, you got no shot at this. You're going to keep perpetuating the same situations.
And, you know, people's lives, like what I noticed is, typically, I mean, people want to do work when things aren't working, right? And then when things are working, they give up on all the things that got them to the place that it was working. Because they're like, okay, I'm on cruise control and then everything falls apart again. And it's like the same cycle over and over and over and over.
To me, it's like, if that's going to keep happening, you know that. And my guess is that you guys all agree, like life is going to keep happening, you know, your work situations are going to change people in your life. We're going to get sick, pass on, things are going to happen with your health. Like, it's inevitable.
It's all coming. It's just going to happen in your country that's unexpected, like fucking COVID happen. Like, who knows? It all happens, right?
If you're not working on ways to be with all of that, then what are you actually working on? Do you want to be able to like just, you know, like constantly like, you know, what's it called though when you're like, not trending water? What are you when you're like trying to keep yourself afloat? What's that word?
When you're in a boat, treading water? Is it treading? I think you're on the right path. I just can't get myself right now.
You're right there. Somebody will say it. When you're like, you know, like when you're like, like, just trending, treading water, treading water, right? Yeah.
So it's like, yeah, treading. So look, treading water is exhausting. And then all of a sudden the wave comes and you're like, and then your baseline is like, treading. To me, that's how most people live.
They're just in pure survival mode constantly. And she's like, hoping not to do that. And then, I don't know, my grandma used to be amazing at this. I can't do it on the water more in life, but my grandma could just like float on her back and it didn't matter.
Waves were coming, waves were going, she's just floating. And I used to look at it and be like, oh my God, that's so incredible. And that's kind of what I feel like in life. If you can just get yourself to that place where you're not exerting on this energy and you're literally just floating there, riding these waves, then guess what?
It doesn't matter how big the waves get. It doesn't really affect you because you're able to kind of create that flow. At the end of the day, your nervous system just hasn't been trained to metabolize these massive energies in fast enough time. The analogy that just hit me the other day was like, you know, our nervous system metabolized energy just like your mouth would metabolize or break down food.
So if I gave you a slice of an apple and you put in your mouth, your mouth will easily be able to break that down into smaller pieces so that you can metabolize and put in your system. But if I took a whole apple and stuffed it in your mouth, guess what? You're going into panic mode. Right?
Can't breathe, can't chew, can't they, can't that. And that's kind of what happens. So as we expand our ability to be able to break down these things into smaller bite size, metabolize pieces, you don't have the same responses. You're not in, everybody doesn't go into fight or flight.
So you're not hijacked. You're not going into these states where like panicking and figuring everything out and constantly in the space. And I don't care what it is that you are dealing with in life. There's not a single thing right now that someone can tell me like, Oh, this is happening in my life.
That resetting and down regular in your nervous system won't benefit. It's just not, it doesn't exist. It's not a single thing. It's something to be like, Oh my God, I have this.
I'm like, Okay, learn to down regular your nervous system. Not one. Because everything in us is a reaction to something that is happening in our external world. Everything.
And imagine walking into an experience or circumstance or situation and you don't have that visceral response anymore. Like your body isn't hijacked or your cortisol levels aren't shooting up. Like, you just don't have it because your body can sustain. Spatlessness can sustain stability, ground, well being as it's moving through that thing.
To me, like, if someone would have told me that I could have started that process 20 some years ago when we started this work. I just didn't know better. It took me 15 years of barking up a different tree to figure out that it didn't matter how hard I tried or how fast I ran or how many amazing coaches and experiences I paid for and hired that no one can get me out of it. It didn't matter.
It took me 15 years to figure that out. And then it's like, Oh, all the books always said the only way out is through. And I thought through meant understanding something so I can actually like get rid of it. That was my definition of through.
It didn't occur to me that through actually meant like being able to turn back in towards something that was happening inside of me. And that created deliberation. Like no one, no one informed me of that. So I think the first time I heard that was maybe like eight years ago.
And I've been using this analogy that really resonates for people. It's like, imagine if you were, there was a person sitting there. And the only thing this person could understand is words. Okay, they couldn't hear any other sounds.
So it's just everything had to be words. And then this person next to them was playing this beautiful guitar melody. But this person could only hear words could not hear that melody. And you were responsible for trying to explain to that person the melody that you just heard in words.
Could you under any circumstance recreate in words the musical melody and sounds that you heard. You can't you can with the most elaborate amazing words on the planet. The description of that melody and sound is not the melody and sound. So we've trained ourselves because we live in the society of words thoughts, ideas, concepts.
We've trained ourselves to receive and communicate information through this world of words. But your body does not communicate in words. It communicates in sensations, vibrations, melodies. And we have not been trained on how to hear that.
And that's not because there's something wrong with you. It's just because you didn't have a mom or a dad or a teacher yet that trained you on how to do that. And so the people in our community and the people that we trained literally all we're doing is like we're giving you a new access to a new language so that you can actually hear the music and the melody that your body has been trying to share with you this entire time. But what you had is this weird translator was like, this thing means this and it gave you a word for it.
Anxiety, overwhelm, procrastination, fear, whatever. Is that what that actually is? Or is it just the mind that that translator trying to give you some word so you can hang on to go, Oh, I know what this is. No, you don't know what this is.
You can't hear the music. And until you can hear the music and understand what that music is been trying to communicate with you for decades, you got no shot. Writing books about how you are the way you are and why you are the way you are and when things happened and who was there when it happened and what. How's it?
How's it helping? It's still not the music. It's just the words to describe it. If you invest the amount of time that you do into learning and remembering concepts, finding ideas, if you took that time and actually spent it learning a new language, you already know the other one.
You know, most of you can write books on why you are the way you are, but knowing all that doesn't make a difference. You still operate the same way. But now you have a nice label for why you operate that way. Who gives a shit?
If the way that you operate is not the way that works for you, then guess what? Figure out what in here is trying to tell you. And for that, you have to learn this new language. Without that, good luck.
Again, you know, guy and I did it to the nth degree, right? Like over a million dollars spent, 20 plus years invested, like day in day out. We weren't a fly by night. Like, I'll try this every single day.
This is what we did. And I did that for 15 years. We did it for 15 years. Most people are not as committed as guy and I like from a time perspective, money perspective, all of it perspective.
So if we did that for that long for 15 years and got to stuck world, what chance does anybody else have? To me, it's like, dude, I know you have wants. I know you have dreams. I know you got things that you really want to do.
Are you willing to give up on those things? Because every day, every day that you spend stuck in your head is a day that you're basically put a big X on the calendar. That's a waste a day. Every day.
And people talk a big game about what they want and don't want and how they want their lives to be. But when it comes to taking the action and doing the work, people don't. And that usually comes from a fear, a doubt, some rational thing. I don't have time.
I don't have money. I don't have that. All of which, really great stories that your mind tells you that you just buy. I hope you blind and sinker.
Very reasonable. Very reasonable. Doing this work is not reasonable. Stepping outside of our belief systems is not reasonable.
Looking at yourself, sitting with things are uncomfortable. They truly are. They are unreasonable requests. I'm talking about all the work that we did for 15 years.
There was a period of time that we were forced, right? But like strongly suggested that we should do things that were very unreasonable. I remember, for example, going to a gas station, filling up your gas and then pretending you didn't have money to pay for it and going to ask a stranger if they would cover it for you so that you can go home or something like that. There's going to be unreasonable requests.
And again, it wasn't until like scam anybody or do anything like that. It was really to have you said that your comfort zone and also see that support is out there. There's people that want to help you and offer things if you are just willing to ask. And most of us are really, really not willing to do that.
And everything I think that I believe that you and I offer here is in hopes that we can point at the things that out of the tens of thousands of people we work with, hundreds of thousands of people that we've seen and participated with and programs, of course, of mentorships, experiences like you and mentioned that they're like fundamentally just a few things at the end of the day that really we saw consistently making a difference for people. And what we always attempt to do here is to boil those things down to these simple things. It's why we bang the drum of doing minis as much as we do because in all the years and all the crazy breathwork practices and medicine journeys and like what you know fundamentally we're like okay well, like you said most people are not going to give the time and effort to investigate themselves. And again, these are reasonable things.
There's so much to do in life, so many experiences to have. I personally have never felt like exploring my inner world, my spirituality, personal development called whatever you will that has ever taken anything away from my life in terms of the time that I get to invest in the things that I truly enjoy. If anything, it's made those things that much more enjoyable for me. And so that time invested in doing work, you know, and then sitting with myself and exploring my inner world has only made my outer experiences that much more pleasurable and so it's always kind of worked hand in hand anyway.
But suffice it to say that, you know, everybody gets to choose their level of commitment. I don't know if you guys remember Fight Club because I'm movies pretty old at this time but there's like a scene in there where he asked them. And so I think the main character's name is called narrator in the credits but he's talking to Tyler and he says, you know, why didn't you include me in this? He goes, you choose your level of involvement, you know, and that's that's kind of how it is.
It's like we all get to choose whether we are going to be like you're not an active participant in our evolution and spiritual realization which is happening to everybody or a passive one. My experience has been is that the people who do it passively take a lot of lumps to the head a lot a lot more and go through a great deal of more suffering in their life in their relationships. I mean, you know, people share stories with us all the time and I'm always a little bit beside myself when I hear the harsh realities that people live in and create for themselves and others simply because they don't have an ability to sit with a discomfort that's in their body. And so they create havoc in their environment and there's a real, real, real big downstream impact on how that impacts their family numbers, children, health, you know, so many things that are easy to take for granted until they are pulled away from you.
And I'm always in there as people share these stories with me and I'm like, if only, you know, if only that person had gone to do a program like that or learn how to sit with themselves or somebody else so they can get support around that, then they wouldn't be, you know, this wrecking ball that's moving through their own life. And it's like, you know, the some of these things that people deal with are not enough light by night things or not things like away any year or two from now there are things that live with them for the rest of their lives. And you know, there's this old adage with the entrepreneurialism and digital marketing and network marketing and blah blah, blah, that they always use on you to convince you to take action in a person's business. And essentially, it's like the second best time to get started is today.
Right. It's like, where are you going to be five, 10 years from now? You know, and the reality is probably pretty similar to where you are today unless you do something on a regular basis to change some kind of habits or some of the energetics that are creating these outcomes in your life that are on repetition. And like we all live in these loops, we all live in our, you know, patterns, negative patterns, call them whatever you want to call them, and we're all doing these loop to loop things inside of there and it's like, okay, well, look, you can, you can wait.
See how it goes. But if you've been living long enough, chances are you kind of notice these things come back around again and again. And it's like, okay, do you, even if you can't make the grand change in six months or no, or whatever it is everyone wants everything yesterday, right? We live in the Amazon deliver everything to me overnight society today.
And so people always sign up for things, you know, I see it in the business world and entrepreneurialism and marketing. I see it in transformation. They think it's like, Oh, I'll go to an event. It's going to change everything.
It doesn't work that way. It really does it. In my opinion, there are no shortcuts. I've tried them all.
And so many areas of my life every time it ends in somewhat of a disaster. You know, there's no, there's no secret sauce. When there's no, you know, something that's being kept from you that if you just need that one little thing, it's going to change everything. None of that stuff exists.
None of that anybody's ever been successful or mastered some area of life. I want you to show me one person, one, one that isn't deeply committed to that area of their life. Okay. And so like, look, if your assumption is that you're going to live for quite some time beyond today, you want to stop thinking in terms of a month or week or even a year.
And then you're going to start thinking like, what is it going to look like five to 10 years from now if I don't do something about this? It's like asking yourself, you know, if I keep eating this way and I keep gaining five, 10 pounds every year, what's going to look like five years from now? If I'm 50 pounds heavier than I am today and I'm not able to move or run around my kids or go on vacation anymore and I'm sitting in a hospital dealing with health concerns three to four times a week, is that the kind of quality of life that I want? It doesn't take much to predict where it's going.
Right. It's like, if you don't learn how to master these areas of life that really matter. And that is our mindset. It's our physical body.
It's our energetics and our emotional intelligence and resilience. It's our relationships, which everybody will report at the end of life is the most important thing that they ever do with their life in relationships. And you don't learn how to cultivate and nurture those things. Even if it takes you five or 10 years to figure that out or it makes them operate on the way that it's being currently operated or lived in.
I think that's a valiant effort on your part and you will probably not be sorry for making that effort to make those areas of your life better. And it's totally okay. And you mess it up and you stumble and fall as you go because that's what we did over and over again. And so we found some little things and look, our only principle in doing everything we do at Satori Prime is to hopefully help you navigate towards an incubate you in an experience that ultimately accelerates that learning process so that you don't have to bump your head against walls.
Many times as these two bows have to do. That's where it's coming out of our mouths. And that's really what all comes down to. And that's really the point of mentorship and coaching and teaching and all these kinds of things.
And it's the reason we always have one too, because it's like, we'll take, I will take one stitch, one Iota, one percent improvement in how I operate in this world on a regular basis. And if you can make a one percent improvement, let's say even once a week, right, these arbitrary numbers, just kind of using it to give some metaphors here. But if you can do a one percent improvement on any aspect of life once a week, that's a 52% improvement by year end. 250% improvement within five years.
That's an unrecognizable life. We used to have this metaphor where we'd say, you know, what does a one percent change do for a person? Well, at first it does nothing. You can't even you can't tell the difference at all.
Right. If you're like two parallel lines and traveling, and this is the way your life is going. But if you make a one percent change on one of these lines over a long enough timeline, these lines are no longer parallel. They've gotten in two completely different directions.
This is the way that it was going. This is the new direction that you're going into. And it is going to take habit. It's going to take it's going to take some, you know, at first it takes some faith, but the faith is only required up until you collect enough evidence to see that it works.
Because once you've gone through trauma or challenging experiences or whatever might be in these processes, you come out the other end and you're like, whoo, damn, that was intense, but worth the ride. And when you come out that other end and you see that it was worth the ride the next time, you're a much more willing participant to jump in. I don't know if you guys remember what it was like to get in your first roller coaster, but I mean, a terrifying experience to say the least, right? And then you kind of find out, whoo, that was actually kind of fun.
And then you're like, can't wait to go into the roller coaster. Like, you want to go to Six Flags Great Adventures in New Jersey quite a bit. And it was always the same because I have like the craziest roller coasters there. I've ever seen, you know, these like 400 foot and 400 foot drops and all these really intense things.
And I remember you always going your first one, you're like, oh my God, what am I doing here? Why am I on this thing right now? Right? But then you got off that first one and you just cannot wait to ride the other roller coasters and at that point, like the bigger, the better, the more intense, right?
And then you're just giggling and laughing and having this wonderful experience and all that kind of stuff. And that's really what it is. It's like, we all just need to have that experience within our own lived experience. There's not enough evidence that anybody else can provide for you what's available in this life.
You can see another people, but you're still in the judge it from your morality. And so you're not really understanding what that person is experiencing. You just have ideas about it from your own perspective. And that's not it.
And that's the whole point with spirituality is like, like it is so difficult. Impossible, I want to say to define for anybody what it means to be spiritual. Or how to grow or how to heal or how to do any of these things. But there are fundamental practices that we call pointers.
And the reason we call it pointers is because we're not trying to show you what we think you should see. What we're pointing at is a window so you can look for yourself and find out what it is that you see when you look through that window. Because we're not interested in what we've learned. We're interested in pointing you and saying, hey, don't believe me about what I'm saying.
Just investigate it for yourself so you know the truth for yourself in your experience. So it's like a teacher's don't tell you what to see. They just show you where to look. And that's really what it comes down to is just showing people where to look so they understand where their spiritual path is.
And then if they're choice how much they're going to invest time, they're walking down that path. Some of us, again, just these kind of like, you know, physicality or being in shape or getting well with our body. It's like some people can look at that and they understand like, yeah, I need to move my body and I'll commit to walking around the block a few times a week. Other people will commit to going to gym five, six times a week, right?
Just different level of commitment, not right, not wrong. It's just that's where that person's at and that's what they feel like they can give their time and energy for. And when it comes to our spirituality, there's nothing more fundamental about a human experience than your perspective. And how that perspective invites lessons, sometimes very challenging ones into our lives.
And then like, and that study of the most precious assets we have, which is our perspective and our optics is worth learning some stuff about so that you're not stuck in a particular experience that can be raw with suffering and pain when it really doesn't have to be life y'all. Yeah. Yeah, by the way, I put up the link June 29 June 30th, like if you haven't come to a live event, definitely make sure that you're there. Keep with the coupon live 25 there for you.
Yeah, this is tapping into the community and being able to find people to do these practices with is integral to this. So, you know, the live event is an amazing opportunity to do that and find the people. So don't miss it. June 29 June 30th, if you're going to do nothing else, then at the very least give yourself that opportunity.
And then again, if you're ready to move on and you've been in our ethos for a little while, again, just email me by me. Let me know. Hey, listen, I'm ready and we'll get you sorted and figure out what the next best places for you to go are. Yeah, I actually put up there and if any of you guys are watching the webinar right now and you can see you can actually tap there to go and book time to speak with Elon.
There is a small registration fee. I think it's 100 bucks. I don't remember off the top of my head. Let me see.
I think it was 111. Yeah, I think. Okay. Yeah, it's 111 dollars to get anyone's calendar and that's simply so he's not having a bunch of people book on his calendar that aren't showing up for whatever reason.
And then if you do decide to do something with us here and move into a program, we'll just credit you that $111 towards that program anyway. So it's not gone, but it is your hold my spot, please. And letting us know that you're serious about really investigating this work and that's being a person's kicking tires and wasting time by gathering more information and you realize that I got to do it. I'm sorry.
Yeah, I'm just realizing that we've been doing this a very, very long time. We do what we do here extremely well. We can't guarantee anything for anybody because nobody can guarantee what happens in life period having said that and implementing this work with so many people thousands, tens of thousands of people. We can assure you as long as you're committed and you're willing to do the work and the guidance that we have for you, there's almost nobody this work doesn't work for.
Okay, there are certainly some levels of trauma, depression, psychosis, things that are outside of our, outside of our control and we will let you know that if you're, you know, somebody dealing with those kind of things that it may be better that you go get professional help. Some people have physical stuff going on and their hormones are out of whack and it's like, you can do all the work you want spiritual work so you're blue to face but if your body's not feeling well or your hormones are out of whack, you're still going to feel like you're on an emotional rollercoaster. Doesn't matter what work you implement, right? You can go and meditate for 40 years.
That's not going to be going on inside and we always try to find the most holistic approach. And I think for a lot of people, this work is a gateway into the taking care of their physicality and taking care of their emotional and tell you know their emotional life inside and stuff like that. And that's great, you know, because that's how we approach our life also. Yes, we're one being but there's different layers and dimensions to what a human being is and it is worthwhile bringing sacredness and honoring to every aspect of ourselves.
Because again, if I'm doing all my spiritual work, all my physical body, you know, I can't walk up a flight of stairs or hold my children or run around with them for whatever reason that feels to me and no judgment, like a really big miss. And of course, we want you to experience well being in every area of your life and this is our way of helping you reshape the foundation from which you experience yourself from so that you have access to make all those other areas of your life and more approachable and easier to transform because it's all going to start with how you think about it. How you look at it and how you feel about it. So I think we'll wrap it up there.
