338: The Last LOL - LOL Goes Out Of Business

Caroline's on Broadway, Dangerfield's, and now LOL! Another comedy club in New York City has closed! The LOL Comedy Club on Restaurant Row in Times Square, New York City shut its doors for the last time October 29th. The Times Square Comedy scene is an uncelebrated corner of the New York Comedy scene. Crowds who are "barked in" to a comedy show. No one in the audience is there on purpose. Comedians have to be in the moment and make people laugh. Tom Kelly talks with the man he believes is the"Godfather" of Times Square Comedy, Francisco Aldorando.
