"34,000 Trees cut down in GM" Making Manchester greener with Trees Not Cars

Last year Manchester council declared a climate emergency to the adulation of the city and the environmental movement. Two days later they decided to build a brand new car park in the heart of the city, a stark slap in the face to that same declaration.
