34 A Place at the Table

Rejection is often a part of life. We didn't get the job, make the team, or receive an invite. Some of us deal with much deeper rejection perhaps by a parent, spouse, or trusted friend. How do we deal with these devastating realities? It's easy to get defensive or build up a wall of protection.
