34: Amanda’s Heart Chakra Journey

𝔸𝕞𝕒𝕟𝕕𝕒'𝕤 ℍ𝕖𝕒𝕣𝕥 ℂ𝕙𝕒𝕜𝕣𝕒 𝕁𝕠𝕦𝕣𝕟𝕖𝕪 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 & 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 In this episode, I am chatting with Amanda DeBernardi, who was my Usui Reiki teacher! She has a beautiful energy of love. She is talking about how self love is at the center of all love that comes from the heart chakra. When we learn to love ourselves, our capacity for love expands! Amanda also shares her feelings about Reiki being pure love. She has a special place in her heart for Reiki attunements and the intense love that is felt during those ceremonies. I know that I definitely felt that during both of my attunements with her! Shadow work is also something that Amanda attributes to healing the heart chakra. Learning to love ALL parts of ourselves allows us to integrate and truly feel self love. She really embraces this work and the notion that all healing is self healing.
