#34 Do Animals Have Panic Attacks?

With her changing moods and inconsistencies, it was not easy to control or console the horse. No wonder Heidi sometimes felt as if there was no progress made. But, if the horse had a panic attack indeed, it would be no surprise that she had a hard time learning. Anyone who is in a panic does not learn. One adapts to a degree.
