34. How To Use Your Cycle To Avoid Burnout (No Really!)

from The Game On Girlfriend Podcast · host Sarah Walton

Did you know that women are more wired for burnout than men are? Eeek. What a thing to say, right? But it's true. And a lot of that has to do with the fact that we're living inside of a paradigm of activity, structure, timing and competition, that was created by men. We didn't really have much of a say when all of this was designed, but we're expected to live in it as if we did. But there's some really great news here, too. It's actually possible for us to live and breathe and work in a way that has us use the power of our cycles, yep – those cycles, the power of our bodies and to work with the flow of our internal wisdom, instead of against it. I love being a woman like absolutely love it. And so does this week's guest, Dorit Palvanov. Dorit is a thought leader in women's bodies and female leadership. She knows it's her life's work to teach women about the wisdom of the female body, and the power within it. She has this reverent way about her that I think you're going to really enjoy!
