David Jonathan "J. D." Drew is a former American Major League Baseball right fielder. He is a left-handed hitter, and began his major league career in 1998 with the St. Louis Cardinals. He also played for the Atlanta Braves, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Boston Red Sox where he won a World Series in 2007 and was an All-Star in 2008. He has two brothers, Stephen and Tim, who have also been major league players. Before playing professionally, J.D. was the winner of the 1997 Dick Howser Trophy and the 1997 Golden Spikes Award, being named the 1997 Collegiate Baseball Player of the Year while playing at Florida State University. Currently, J.D. lives in Hahira, GA with his wife Sheigh, and their five children.    During this interview, J.D. shares the story of his journey to playing at the highest stage.
