Magnus Grimeland is the CEO and Founder of Antler (www.antler.co), a startup generator and VC company headquartered in Singapore. He leads a global team dedicated to creating the next generation of entrepreneurs and disruptive tech companies. Magnus served as a Navy Seal with the Royal Norwegian Navy Special Operations, before heading to Harvard for his degree. Later he joined McKinsey and worked all around the world becoming a junior partner. Before co-founding ZALORA, Asia’s largest fashion e-commerce company. In this episode we talk about the key qualities Magnus believe people need to succeed, why this period is a great time to start a company, how he focus on improving his strengths, as well as staying out of his comfort-zone, and how people can maximise their impact in the world.
