34. Nursing Mean Girls

There are a lot of bullies in healthcare, I've coached my 1:1 clients regularly on this and after a request from a listener it was time to dive in. Burnout decreases your emotional and mental capacity which leaves adults throwing tantrums and lashing out. We are still dealing with the old school method of "nurses eat their young".
