#34 Rishikesh, Iyengar & Kundalini Yoga as taught by Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa with Pavan

Do you want to be dry or do you want to be juicy?! Pavan asked herself this question while shifting from Iyengar (which helped her to build a solid yoga foundation) to Kundalini Yoga (which brought so much transformation). Pavan, was born in Canada but lived 17 of her 44 years in Rishikesh, India. She felt in love with River Ganga from the moment she first arrived and decided to stay forever. "Love is when you feel free and at home at the same time." - Pavan. Pavan explains how she absolutely hated her first Kundalini class with Gurmukh, during the International Yoga Festival in Rishikesh. She tells how her own mind kept her from a full experience. After opening up her heart & mind and diving fully into the practice it allowed her to clear out stuff that was stuck from which she didn't even know it was there. Gurmukh became her teacher and mentor and taught her that Kundalini is about discipline and keeping up.
