#34: Time Management for the RDH

One of the biggest challenges in providing comprehensive care as a dental hygienist is TIME! It feels as though there is never enough time to do everything that is required in an appointment. Often times this feeling of being on a treadmill of patient care is the main cause of burnout, anxiety, and stress. In this episode we will discuss some of the main ways that you can take control of your appointment time to help you manage the stress of the clock and still provide comprehensive care to every patient in your care.
