34. When Everyone Else Believes In You (And You Dont!)

What happens when everyone believes in you, and you don't? Let’s say this is you, you have got a promotion and everyone else around you trusts you to make good decisions, do the work and lead, they believe in you…but on the inside you don't believe in you so strongly. Work can feel pretty bad when everyone believes in you, and you don't. Or at least, you don't believe in yourself as much as other people seem too.
