That forth tenet of the Care Crowd Creed - ‘I make a difference’ - is huge. Without it, the first three tenets have little effect. If no one chooses to make a difference, then healthcare has a very hard climb uphill at being ‘cool’ with great customers and helpful, successful teams. As such, the key to making a difference starts with you accepting the responsibility to do so.
