340: Flashback - Passion Trumps Resume
from GTM Made Simple Hosted by Sangram Vajre

Sangram knows the answer. “Passion trumps resume. Every day and twice on Sunday.” “Passion is something that can cut through fear and create love for who we are and what we do. It’s an important idea for anyone who’s in any kind of leadership role that requires cross-functional support or buy-in. It’s about making our customers heroes in their own organization.”
