342: DON’T QUIT…

DON’T QUIT… It’s been two months since I recorded a show for you. I needed a break as we all do at times. I’ve been sick, in the middle of a major healing journey, writing more, creating new content, producing, and developing new podcasts and recipes, upping my morning, and evening routines, and a whole lot of other stuff I share with you on today’s episode (342). This past year (for me) has been one for the books, oh my god. The one thing I am proud to say is that throughout the chaos, I never quit! I never give up! Instead, I choose to pause and pivot.
