346-Here Is What I Want Every Fat Woman to Know

from It’s Beyond The Food: Non-Diet Health Coaching · host Stephanie Dodier

In today’s episode, I am sharing a message for anyone who identifies as fat and who is struggling with the size of their body, regardless of what pant size they are or how they relate to the BMI.  It’s unfair that society doesn’t welcome fat bodies. It’s unfair that regular everyday tasks are more challenging such as shopping for clothes or sitting at a restaurant booth, or that airplane seats don’t accommodate fat bodies.  Despite this unfairness, you have a choice. You have a choice to allow these hurdles to stop you from being who you are.  The reason I am sharing this message is so that you can see the possibility of what is on the other side of taking responsibility for how you experience fatphobia.  What you’ll learn listening to this episode on here is what I want every fat woman to know: The surprising truth about fatphobia Three simple steps to changing how you experience fatphobia  What’s possible for you when you choose how you’ll experience fatphobia Mentioned in the show:  Undiet Your Life Coaching Program Quiz: Is It You or Your Diet?
