This week I am honored to bring you another conversation with the one and only Bruce Kittle! Bruce is one of the wisest people I know and I’m always very honored to be able for time to sit down and learn from him. He is a man of many talents with passions for teaching mindset training with professional athletes, coaching all levels of football, guiding meditations and hosting his fantastic podcast Hidden Pearls with his daughter Emma. I was so excited to see that he has been diving full speed ahead into the endurance world by taking on his first two triathlons!! In this episode, we focus on the interplay between physical pushing your body through endurance challenges and the process of self discovery. We chat about meditation and how to sit with our challenges and emotions, bringing them in to better our lives, hear stories from his time helping out at Tight End University, and the challenges he’s faced during training for his races!
