Paul makes games and playful experiences in his role as CEO and co-founder of Gold Bug Interactive, and he bring players together as the Executive Director of the Serious Play Conference. While based in Canada, Paul works with organizations around the world, including UNESCO, the US Department of Education, and diverse NGOs and cultural institutions.
