349. Why I Went On A Solo Trip And What I Learned

from Powerhouse Women · host Lindsey Schwartz

I recently went on my first solo trip that wasn't work-related, and it was such an eye-opener for me to see how comfortable I am in my daily life. Being on my own in Denver shined a light on all the ways that I rely on my security blankets, some of which I didn't even know I had. I share the thoughts and patterns that I noticed when I deleted the Instagram app off my phone and really pushed through resistance to amp up my workout routine. I also share some simple ways that I'm trying to create more new, fresh experiences in my routine, and the ripple effect it's had on every area of my life.    In this episode we talk about: The feelings that I had going into my first solo trip  Recognizing when you're on auto-pilot and just working through the motions  Reprogramming your beliefs and actions to align with the version of yourself that you want to become  Creative ways to add in new, unknown experiences in your daily life    If you loved today's episode, please share your favorite takeaways or your own systems and processes by screenshotting this episode and tagging us on Instagram!   Click HERE to get your tickets for the Powerhouse Women 2022 event!    Click HERE to check out the Powerhouse Women Behind The Success Stories!    Click HERE to text the word MENTOR to (602) 536-7829 for weekly business + mindset tips delivered straight to your phone!   Not part of the Girl Gang Community yet?
