35 | 3 Ways Back to Me Time and What Brings You Joy and Balance

Do you find that you never have a chance to do the things that you love?  Or you actually can’t even remember what it was that you used to do that brought you joy? One of the biggest problems I have come across for working moms is finding ‘me-time’ or taking any time for ourselves if the time does come up or is offered to us. We end up out of balance, impatient and frustrated.  What I have learnt is how much better we are as moms, employees, managers and people when we are energised by doing things for ourselves or doing the things that make us happy.  So, today I offer 3 ways that you might be blocked from doing the things that bring you joy and three ways that you can find your way back to those things so that you can feel better.
