Hello Beautiful Sister, I could talk about REST all day. Rest is available and it is a gift from God. He desires for us to come unto Him and learn the unforced rhythms of grace. Isn't that so good? It's totally opposite from what the world's patterns are. And we are not to conform to the world's patterns any longer. If you want supernatural results, follow Jesus' pattern. He consistently went away to rest and commune with His Father. He received refreshment and renewal in order to go back out and do the MIRACULOUS! How much more do we need to rest.
