#35 - Addiction & ADHD Medication

Dr. Chun & Dr. Noone outline the delicate situation of helping an individual with both substance use issues and ADHD. Logan and Joon outline their own personal biases, and how they are trying to approach psychiatry with a more open mind. They attempt to challenge their initial understandings of how to navigate a scenario where a patient who has abused drugs in the past could potentially improve with ADHD stimulant medications. #adhd #addition #stimulantmedication #stimulant #substanceabuse #psychiatry #psychology #socialisolation #focus #attention #disorder #deficit #hyperactive #overdose Dr. Joon Chun, DO & Dr. Logan Noone, DO are psychiatry residents at Rowan University.
