I've put together three interviews that had really key points about breaking into the luxury market with none other than Robert Bairstow on the Jere Metcalf team at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty, Jack Cotton with Sotheby's International Realty in Cape Cod and Bill Fandel the infamous Sotheby's International Realty broker in Telluride, Colorado. Robert on my team rapidly broke in a luxury market in his twenties which he still in his twenties with multimillion-dollar sales in his first couple of years. He's going to talk about how he did it. Bill Fandel, he's in Telluride, Colorado, came from a middle-class family, humble background in is literally doing multi-multi-multimillion-dollar deals in the tens and hundreds of millions of dollars cash deals that have closed in days, I mean record-breaking transactions and he gets real and talks to us about the mindset and exactly how he did it. And then we've got Jack Cotton, the most famous or most well-known broker in Sotheby's International Realty. He started his brokerage from nothing before brokerage was even considered a tree business or a well-known business than it is today, and he's risen.
