He is Co-Founder Director of the EyeTools professional development platform and since March 2020 has developed a community of 670 eye specialists with which he shares resources derived from his 29 years’ experience as an optometrist and educator. As an educator, entrepreneur and a businessman, constant learning has been his secret sauce. He helps better understand the process of learning which can lead to maximum  knowledge  retention. He is also past interim deputy head of a business school and past professor in learning innovation.
