He directed the program team for the Lausanne Global Workplace Forum in Manila and currently serves on the executive committee of the Lausanne/WEA Global Integrity Network. Willy is deeply involved in promoting faith-based dialogue in the workplace through his engagement with various para-church organizations. He resides in Montreal, Canada, with his wife Nita.
