351: Born to Be Great, Never Just Average

Allyson Byrd was a high school drop-out at age 15, feeling disengaged from life. She could see herself becoming little more than a statistic, an average. But even in the midst of mediocrity, flipping burgers at McDonald's, somewhere inside her was an audacity to be amazing.
