#352 Al Silva Marine Veteran; 14 Feb 2024

from The Lost Art Project: Veterans’ Voices · host Andrew Cox

Marine veteran Al Silva talks about his service to our country. From being in one of the worst days in Marine Corps history, the bombing at the Marine barracks in Beirut, to being one of the few who when deployed to Desert Storm already was a combat hardened Marine. Because of his experience dealing with the death and destruction of combat he was well versed to be an infantry platoon sergeant in the next war.
