She and her husband are both retired and enjoying the challenges and activities that this new stage of life offers. Her father was in the military which resulted in moving many times over the course of her childhood. Making new friends after moving was always hard for her and as a result of that books became Jodi’s best friends and that love of books continues to be a strong influence in Jodi’s life. Jodi has been married for 44 years, is a mother of two and grandmother of five.
