from MichaelBrandvoldMarketing · host MichaelBrandvoldMarketing

Episode 354, October 8, 2019. Our heads exploded with what we saw and learned this week. We are joined by Mark Ravitz who discusses building the very first logo. Goes on to talk about the Destroyer stage that he designed and we warp it up talking about his designs for the Elder tour. We have the sketches for the Elder tour. How about Eric Carr's design suggestion for the Elder stage which ultimately became the Creatures of the Night stage. Yes Eric Carr! Or how about the fact that when KISS were budgeting for the Elder tour in early 1982 they included $2000 a week for a lead guitarist! Ace Frehley was out of KISS in early 1982, before the recording of Killers or Creatures. We have many images of sketches and designs that you NEED to see!
