#355: Jen Tischler -- Winning the Booneville Backroads Ultra 100K & Battling the Florida Keys 100

This week's episode is ultrarunner Jen Tischler!!! I met Jen at the Booneville Backroads Ultra back in 2020 and ran many of my most difficult miles with her. It was 98 degrees, no shade, 50 miles into the day and we were drinking hot water and my brain was shutting down. Jen was the most positive person I had ever ran with and I'm truly not sure I would have made it had it not been for her optimism! In this episode, we talk about her recent outright victory at that same race! Jen also shares the story of the BRUTAL Florida Keys 100....which got insanely difficult...
