When you meditate more, you become more patient, understanding, and empathetic towards others.Do things with no expectation and with detachment.When you're living in fear, then it can mean that your Heart Chakra is blocked. A great way to unblock this is to turn inwards and work on the process of loving yourself.Yoga poses that focus on opening the Heart Chakra counteract sedentary living.
