Lan made a mistake by thinking nobody would buy a picture that cannot be printed out. Commitment to Organizations Commitment is the best of the three plans bosses build their organization upon. Employees believe in their organization. Commitment businesses didn't fail even one. Star businesses failed. Expert businesses failed alarmingly. Land himself once worked consecutively for 18 days without even changing his clothing. Poleroid also invented sepia--brown photo. The inventor of sepia didn't even study physics or chemistry. The female art history student was said to have worked in her laboratory for 24 hours without stopping. Howard Rogers was a car mechanic who invented the instant color photography. Problem of Growth Poleroid worked well in the starting of business. As the business got on, the market changed, and the business which didn't change was doomed.
