358: The Relationship Mirror w/ Kristina Athena

Today on The Heartbeat, Kevin talks about his big move, and why following his gut was the most important thing during this intuitive decision-making process. The amazing guest we hear from is Kristina Athena, who is your relationship mirror, and who helps people in relationships consciously heal, evolve, and grow, by showing where one partner (or both!) may be projecting onto the other and not doing the inner work and self inquiry themselves. It's about being more compassionate and loving towards our partner, who is their own person with their own problems, doing the best s/he can. It's also realizing that what we point out within our partner is also what we hold within ourselves, so judging another is really judging ourselves. The hard truth for people to swallow here is that really everything that we draw to ourselves is exactly what we draw to ourselves, with our choices in life and what vibrations / life force / attitude we're putting out or attracting in. How we're showing up in the world. Meaning it's important to get curious enough to do that self inquiry, to recognize what blocks are holding us back at any given moment, and how those blocks are affecting our partner. From there it's just allowing the patterns to move through without judgement, but with curiosity.
