In today's show, I breakdown 3 triangulation tactics of a narcissistic parent.  This manipulative tactic is very damaging.  And it, among other toxic behaviors, undermines what could otherwise be healthy relationships.   You may have missed this tactic when you were growing up.  However, it's one of the narcissist's go-to's.  And children suffer most, when the narcissist behaves this way.
