Catherine Ewing, LCSW, MDiv, founder of Sacred Heart Alchemy, is a spiritually focused Women's Transformational Life Coach and Mentor, EFT Practitioner, Minister of Spiritual Peacemaking, psychotherapist, and energy healing practitioner. A student of the mind/body/spirit connection for over 25 years, and expert in trauma and loss, she is a TEDx speaker, co-author of the book Incredible Life, and a workshop and retreat leader. In addition to her work with individuals and groups, Catherine trains mental health professionals in the use of alternative modalities in psychotherapy and offers workshops and retreats on a variety of topics related to the mind/body/spirit connection, spiritual awakening and women's transformation at midlife. She is passionate about helping those she works with to release old beliefs, behaviors and emotions that keep them physically, mentally and emotionally unhealthy and unfulfilled and helping women in midlife to birth their brilliance!
