#36 Is your Language Making you Sick?

A touchy topic for this podcast as this concept forces you to take personal responsibility for your life, health and reality. The first time someone offered me this information I wanted to punch them in the face.  Legit. Of course, I didn't. It triggered the heck out of me because it was TRUE ! She said "you're making yourself sick, stop it". "You're doing it to get attention" "you are creating this to keep yourself small and as an excuse" WHHHAAAATTTTT - She didn't know how hard it was for me to get out of bed, that every cell of my body ached in pain.  I was so exhausted I couldn't even drive myself to work.  The nightmares, the hot sweats, the internal abuse that plagued me. So .... If you want to punch me after this.  It's ok.  I get it!  and I am ready, ready to walk this scary path of helping you realise that your language and thoughts may be contributing to your ill health.
