Según un estudio del año 1967 sobre comunicación, se concluyó que cuando alguien está hablando solo recibe: -Del mensaje verbal (las palabras) un 7% -Del mensaje paraverbal (la voz, entonación, volumen, énfasis pausas, ritmo) un 38% -Del lenguaje corporal (los gestos, posturas, mirada, movimiento, respiración) un 55%, siendo este último el máximo del contenido de la comunicación que se transmite. Pero este estudio se ha demostrado no ser concluyente y que las palabras son capaces de influir en el comportamiento de las personas más del 7% que se creía. Por eso hoy, quiero hablarte de la importancia de las palabras en ventas, cómo la comunicación verbal pueden decidir una venta, qué palabras influye directamente en la decisión de compra de los clientes y las palabras que poseen un cierre de fuerza mayor.
