#36 Polarity of Masculine & Feminine Energy: the Magic Behind Chemistry.

We love talking about creating/understanding healthy polarity and shockingly haven’t made an episode about it- so this one is for you! Polarity is simply the natural pull that is created by opposite magnetic cores… it’s no different in people. Energetic polarity requires a Masculine and Feminine energy and the tension that results in the middle is what is experienced as sexual tension or chemistry. To create polarity, we have to commit to embodying more of the energy that feels most authentic to us. Understanding the energetics of polarity will help you identify the possible reasons the relationship doesn’t “feel the same” and continue to explore and dive deeper into your own energetic core as a form of supporting your partnership. When polarity is inverted, the ask is to commit to noticing where the imbalance is occurring so you can recommit to honoring each other’s energetic core.
