36. Reimagining The Role of "Mom"

You're not "just" a mom. I'm really happy to be able to bring you this week's conversation about being a mom and learning more about how we view ourselves inside of our daily lives. This week's guest is Amy Collins. She's a motherhood mentor and author of the book Infant Inspiration A book for new mothers who can kind of feel inundated with all of that conflicting information out there not to mention the perfect social media images of what motherhood is supposed to look like. Amy sparks thoughtful conversations, a lot like the one you're about to hear, to help women build a solid foundation for their journey through motherhood. She helps women have more fun and increase our confidence as "mom," which we all know positively affects the entire family, but it also influences our perceptions of ourselves and what we are capable of accomplishing and how we view ourselves.
